1. WARRANTY
Product warranty covers defects or any technical problems that occur due to manufacturer errors.

2. WARRANTY REGULATIONS
FUJI SMART products are warranted completely free of charge if they meet the following product warranty conditions:
– The product is complete with warranty card and related documents.
– The warranty card must be intact, not erased or modified, and must contain all information such as date of purchase and serial number.
– Warranty stamp (if any) must be intact, not erased or modified, and must have complete warranty information.

3. CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
FUJI SMART will not provide warranty for cases that do not meet warranty conditions, specifically as follows:
– The product has expired warranty or lost the warranty card.
– Warranty card has information erased, modified, or information is incomplete or inaccurate such as: date, engine number, warranty stamp is torn, broken, overwritten or modified or erased.
– The product is damaged not due to the manufacturer’s fault such as: the product is impacted, broken, scratched, deformed, damp, rusty, leaking, or due to natural disasters such as fire, rodents, or rodents. and insect infestation.
– Improper use, carelessness, allowing sharp objects (knives, scissors, screws) or liquid to fall into the product.
– Using non-genuine materials and components not recommended by the manufacturer.
– Errors caused by the user, fire caused by overloading or exceeding the capacity specified by the manufacturer.
– The product has been altered, repaired or used for improper purposes.
– The product is installed, warranted and maintained not in accordance with the supplier’s instructions.

4. MACHINE WARRANTY PERIOD: 2 Years (according to company standards)
In case the machine has a problem that cannot be repaired immediately, in order not to disrupt the customer’s life, the technician will replace it with another machine for the customer to use temporarily. After performing repair and warranty, staff will replace the customer’s machine.
